MA Strain Reviews - INSA Double Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Bar

MA Strain Reviews - INSA Double Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Bar

MA Strain Reviews - INSA Double Sea Salt Caramel 100mg Chocolate Bar

Nick indulges in this surprisingly light treat.

Dosing: ~5mg / Piece 20 pieces per Bar

APPERANCE:

This edible is really nice looking, it’s a nice caramel color and you can see bits of the caramel inclusions. The packaging is simple, attractive, and informative. The bar is divided into ten 10mg squares that are each comprised of two 5mg doses, split into triangles. This allows them to have a compact and potent bar that can be accurately dosed out pretty easily.

TEXTURE:

This white chocolate based caramel chocolate is actually pretty creamy. I know there’s no cocoa powder in it, so when it says 35% cocoa I have to assume they’re referring to the content of cocoa butter? The sea salt and caramel inclusions add a delightful crunch and variety in the smooth, creamy caramel that makes up the main body of the bar.

FLAVOR:

The first thing I’ll address is the fact that this bar is made with a caramel flavored white chocolate base. Even though I’m not the biggest fan of white chocolate, I really enjoyed this, because it doesn’t taste like white chocolate, it tastes like caramel chocolate, and I don’t mean chocolate with caramel. The salt and hard caramel add a really fun dimension to the bar, it’s slightly salty as well as sweet, and the hard caramel sticks to your teeth. This was a really rich treat, I have a big sweet tooth even I had to split this into different portions.

EFFECTS:

This is a quality chocolate that delivers a quality experience. I believe it’s made with distillate, and delivers a nice clean high that didn’t make me fuzzy or hazy. I had a good time with this.

Nick enjoys exploring new cannabinoids for therapeutic use, and producing reviews on cannabis products from all over the state. He prefers an extreme on either end of the spectrum--a strong Sativa (like NF1) or a relaxing Indica (like Chocolate OG). Concentrates are his preferred smoking method. He also enjoys making infusions and spending time in nature.
