RE-OPENING UPDATE:

To Our Valued Patients and Customers:

We will resume Adult-Use sales for Curbside Pick-up ONLY starting on Monday, May 25, 2020. In order for us to comply with the new state guidelines surrounding COVID-19, there will be new restrictions and modifications in place for all of our customers.

The safety and health of our staff and customers is our top priority and these changes to our policies have been implemented to protect and ensure a positive experience for all.

New Process Flow-PLEASE READ

Reserve Ahead orders ONLY: When filling out a Reserve-Ahead order, it is vital to include your first and last name and a valid phone number to be able to confirm your order in our system. All Adult Use and Medical orders must be placed in advance of your visit through our Reserve Ahead online ordering system.We will not be allowing any customers inside our building. All members of the vehicle must be 21+ years of age, unless they are a registered patient, or caregiver.

  • No cash will be accepted for Adult-Use, only debit payment will be allowed
  • No walk-ups will be permitted.
  • All guests must remain in their vehicles

Pre-orders for recreational sales can be placed on our website or Dutchie, after we launch our menu at 7AM each day. Your order is valid for the day of pickup during our business hours only.

We have a limited number of time slots available each day. Please select the time you wish to pick up your purchase, and await your confirmation text message before you arrive!

When our time slots are filled for the day, we will not be able to add any additional slots.

Arrival:  If you were able to select a time slot on our Reserve-Ahead menu, this means that your order is confirmed! Please arrive at the lot during your selected time frame. A text confirmation that your order is ready, is not required before you head down to the lot.

A Brand Ambassador will confirm your order in our system once you arrive at the lot. We are allowing a grace period for each time slot, and will be adding 30 minutes to the end of each hour for you to pick up your purchase. For example,  a 12:00PM-1:00PM time slot would allow you to arrive between 12:00PM-1:30PM. While we want to be able to serve as many customers as we can, please try to arrive during your scheduled time slot, to help us serve you safely and efficiently!

All adult use customers will drive to Everlast Nursery( 1894 Main St, Leicester, MA 01524) to have their ID's checked and orders verified.

Once we are ready for you, our staff will direct you to the Cultivate lot, where our team will confirm your ID & order before they take your payment. Have your debit cards ready! We are only accepting debit cards at this time!

Once payment is confirmed a brand ambassador will bring your order to you in your vehicle, and you can be on your way!

Medical:

Our valued medical patients will be given expedited service through our ordering line. Please arrive to the Cultivate parking lot to check-in (1764 Main Street Leicester, MA 01524). You will need to provide your medical patient card, a valid ID, and confirmation of your order and time slot.

Our brand ambassadors will confirm your orders and take your payment, and bring your order to you in your vehicle.

Medical Patient Exceptions:

We understand that the online ordering process may not be accessible to all, and our brand ambassadors will be able to accommodate in-person orders, and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Medical patients paying with cash will be allowed to enter the vestibule to pay for their purchase once they have completed the check-in process with a brand ambassador.

While medical patients will be asked to select a time slot, we will not turn a medical patient away if no time slots are available. Please notify the Brand Ambassador upon check-in to assist you with your order.

REMINDER

All members of the vehicle must be 21+ and have a valid ID or we will not be able to serve you.

All patrons are required to have a face mask.

COVID-19 Precautions: Social distancing rules and local ordinances will be enforced to keep customers and employees at safe distances.

  • Masks/Face coverings will be REQUIRED. Per state and local orders, all customers and patients are required to wear a mask or face covering upon arrival, and during their time at Cultivate for the protection of employees and other customers and patients. Our staff has adopted the proper PPE guidelines as part of their daily uniform, and will also be wearing disposable gloves, to be changed as needed.
  • We were part of the CDA initiative to produce hand sanitizer for our local frontline workers, and will continue to provide sanitizer for our staff, along with promoting frequent hand washing
  • We are also requiring our staff to do daily wellness checks including their temperature, before coming to work.

Along with frequent deep cleaning throughout the building, we are doing our part to promote the health and well being of our staff, so we can properly and safely serve YOU!

Your health and wellness, and that of our dispensary teams, is of the utmost importance to us. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a serious concern for our community and cities.

That being said, we wanted to reach out to you, and inform you of the precautions and protocols we are taking to protect you. For now, our location remains open and we are taking these precautions to ensure that the environment is safe and sanitized:

  • We have increased our cleaning and personal hygiene procedures with a focus on continuously disinfecting public areas such as counters, door handles, tabletops, & ordering kiosks
  • Hand sanitizer stations have been moved to prominent areas and are plentifully available to all.
  • We have reinforced our protocols and reminded team members of the importance of staying home if they are showing any signs of illness. Team members are aware that this is mandatory. To support this, Cultivate provides paid sick leave to all employees accruing from their first day of employment. This has always been a standard practice of our company and is a core belief within our company values.
  • Also in line with our company values, Cultivate sponsors health insurance benefits for all employees. We are ready to assist each team member who needs access to health care in the event of illness.
  • If you plan to visit us at Cultivate, please keep in mind that we are a co-located dispensary and we also serve medical patients. We kindly ask our customers and guests to refrain from coming to our store if they have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
