Cultivate's Updated Precautions and Procedures

To Our Valued Patients and Customers:

In order for us to comply with the new state guidelines surrounding COVID-19, and promote safety for the community and our staff, there will be new restrictions and modifications in place for all of our customers.

The safety and health of our staff and customers is our top priority and these changes to our policies have been implemented to protect and ensure a positive experience for all.

Online Pre-Orders are now Required

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

Social distancing rules and local ordinances will be enforced to keep customers and employees at safe distances.

  • All guests, patients, and customers, will undergo a temperature check prior to entrance to the facility to reduce the potential spread among clients and employees. 
  • Anyone who does not meet the temperature requirements, as stated by the CDC (Less than 100.4F) will have accommodations made for them to complete their purchase
  • Walk-in orders will be suspended until further notice. Online orders are required to reserve your products ahead of time and mitigate time spent inside our dispensaries.
  • Masks/Face coverings will be REQUIRED. Per state and local orders, all customers and patients are required to wear a mask or face covering upon arrival, and during their time at Cultivate for the protection of employees and other customers and patients. Our staff has adopted the proper PPE guidelines as part of their daily uniform, and will also be wearing disposable gloves, to be changed as needed.
  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed at all checkout and register stations, and are cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.
  • Social distancing signage and floor decals are present to ensure all customers are practicing social distancing.
  • Our menus are now digital to minimize the amount of high contact surfaces.
  • Our staff is required to do daily wellness checks including their temperature, before coming to work.

Along with frequent deep cleaning throughout the building, we are doing our part to promote the health and well being of our staff, so we can properly and safely serve you!

 

Medical:

We will be continuing our curbside pickup option for our valued medical patients. Please arrive at the Cultivate Facility (1764 Main Street Leicester, MA 01524) and pull into one of the designated parking spots near the entrance. A brand ambassador will meet you at your vehicle, and will need you to provide your medical patient card, a valid ID, and confirmation of your order.

Our brand ambassadors will confirm your orders and take your payment via Debit Card, and bring your order to you in your vehicle. We cannot accept cash for curbside pickup orders.

Medical Patient Exceptions:

We understand that the online ordering process may not be accessible to all, and our brand ambassadors will be able to accommodate in-person orders, and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

While medical patients will be asked to select a time slot, we will not turn a medical patient away if no time slots are available. Please notify the Brand Ambassador upon check-in to assist you with your order.

All patrons are required to have a face mask.

All orders must be submitted through our reserve ahead system before entrance to the facility.
