Cultivate's Updated Precautions and Procedures
To Our Valued Patients and Customers:
We have resumed in-store purchases for Adult-Use and Medical customers at our Leicester location. Our Framingham location is now open, and is accepting in-store purchases for Adult-Use customers.
In order for us to comply with the new state guidelines surrounding COVID-19, there will be new restrictions and modifications in place for all of our customers.
The safety and health of our staff and customers is our top priority and these changes to our policies have been implemented to protect and ensure a positive experience for all.
COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
Social distancing rules and local ordinances will be enforced to keep customers and employees at safe distances.
Along with frequent deep cleaning throughout the building, we are doing our part to promote the health and well being of our staff, so we can properly and safely serve you!
Walk-in Orders Welcomed, Pre-Orders Are Encouraged, Not Required
Once you've arrived, head over to the entrance where a Brand Ambassador will check your ID. You will be admitted into the dispensary to complete your transaction and pick up your purchase!
We will be continuing our curbside pickup option for our valued medical patients. Please arrive to the Cultivate (1764 Main Street Leicester, MA 01524) and pull into one of the designated parking spots near the entrance. You will need to provide your medical patient card, a valid ID, and confirmation of your order.
Our brand ambassadors will confirm your orders and take your payment via Debit Card, and bring your order to you in your vehicle. We cannot accept cash for curbside pickup orders.

Medical Patient Exceptions:
We understand that the online ordering process may not be accessible to all, and our brand ambassadors will be able to accommodate in-person orders, and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
While medical patients will be asked to select a time slot, we will not turn a medical patient away if no time slots are available. Please notify the Brand Ambassador upon check-in to assist you with your order.
